Terms & Conditions

Orders are accepted upon written confirmation from Fast Cats Packaging. We may decline orders that exceed available inventory, contain pricing errors, or violate applicable export controls. Bulk orders over 1,000 units require a signed purchase agreement.

Prices are quoted in US dollars and exclude applicable taxes, freight, and surcharges. Net-30 terms are available to qualified business accounts upon credit approval. All other orders are due upon invoice. Payment may be made by ACH, wire transfer, or major credit card; card payments over $10,000 incur a 2.9% processing surcharge.

Orders placed before 2 PM PT ship same business day, subject to inventory. Standard transit is 1–5 business days within the contiguous United States. Title and risk of loss pass to buyer upon tender to carrier. Fast Cats is not liable for carrier delays.

Unopened, undamaged, and non-custom products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund, less a 15% restocking fee. Return freight is the buyer's responsibility. Custom-printed or made-to-order items are non-returnable.

Fast Cats warrants that products will conform to published specifications at the time of shipment. This is our sole warranty. We disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Fast Cats's total liability for any claim is limited to the purchase price of the product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including lost profits or business interruption.

All trademarks, product names, and content on this site are the property of Fast Cats Packaging or its licensors. You may not reproduce or redistribute site content without written permission.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County.
