Built for the line, not the boardroom
Fast Cats started in a 4,000 sq ft warehouse in Long Beach with two pallet jacks and a single-line phone. Sixteen years later we run two distribution centers totaling 78,000 sq ft, ship within 2 hours of order cutoff, and stock every common SKU in the 6 categories our customers ask for. We've stayed family-run because the day we stop answering the phone is the day our customers start looking elsewhere.
What we believe
Inventory should be predictable. Quotes should be honest. Returns should be processed the same week. We don't run loyalty programs or surprise fees — we keep the price clean and the truck full. Roughly 70% of our orders ship same-day; the rest ship in 48 hours or we eat the rush surcharge.

The team
Forty-two people, twelve of whom have been with us over a decade. Our operations team is led by Maria Delgado (VP, Operations, ex-Uline); procurement is run by Theo Park, who spent eight years sourcing for a national 3PL before we hired him to fix our buying.
